LAW & TERRITORY

  • This Website and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and defined in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute between us.

PLACING AN ORDER

  • It is possible to place your order atwww.homeluxe.co.ukby creating a free registered account that can be terminated at any time. When you register with us, please ensure that the information you provide to us is true and accurate. If any of the information you provide changes you must inform us immediately by emailing info@homeluxe.co.uk or calling us on 0333 200 1444 
  • When placing your order you will be required to provide both your delivery address and contact phone number. By placing an order with us you declare that:
    you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
    you are at least 18 years old
  • After you place an order to purchase a product, we shall email you an Order Confirmation. A contract between us on these Terms and Conditions will only come into force when we send you the Order Confirmation.
  • Where you have ordered a number of products, any contract will only relate to such products as are referenced in the Order Confirmation, and a separate contract and Order Confirmation will come into force concerning any other product(s).
  • You must pay in full for the products you order, including all delivery charges, at the time of placing your order. We can accept payment via Paypal and from all major UK credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
  • Voucher/offer codes are only valid for use on the homeluxe.co.uk website and only one voucher/offer code can be used per order. The value of the voucher/offer code may not be reimbursed or exchanged for cash. The voucher/offer may be subject to a minimum order value and typically excludes delivery costs unless otherwise stated. 

GENERAL DELIVERY

  • Shortly after your order has been accepted we will send you an Order Confirmation email containing an estimated delivery date. Delivery times are estimated but will reflect the period of time as listed in the product description. The dispatch time of your order will depend on the individual products you have ordered and their availability. Please note that any order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the following business day and the estimated delivery times are valid from this date. 90% to 95% of all orders placed will be delivered within 48 hours from placement of the order. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use to follow the progress of your delivery online
  • If for reasons beyond our control we are unable to fulfill an order by the date set out in the Order Confirmation we will contact you to confirm the expected timescale for our delivery of the product(s).
  • Upon delivery of the product(s) to the specified address, a person over 18 will be required to sign for the product(s). If we attempt to make a delivery and no-one is present to sign for the products, the person seeking to make delivery will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact the delivery company to rearrange delivery. The delivery company will attempt delivery on up to three occasions. If delivery cannot be made upon the third and final attempt, the product(s) will be returned to us.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • All products are subject to availability. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable after we have accepted your order to supply any products then you will be offered a full refund, or, if available and acceptable to you, substitution for goods of equivalent quality and price. Upon receipt of the substitute goods, should you cancel the contract between us within a period of seven working days from the date of their delivery, we will be responsible for the cost of you returning said goods to us (or a third party notified to you).

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

  • Products available to order are described on the Website. Our products are intended for consumers and to be used for domestic purposes only. We work hard to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of products are correct. Every effort has been made to present images of our products as accurately and in as much detail as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s resolution and colour display will accurately represent the product you receive. All prices on this website are quoted in GBP. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT but do not include delivery, which will be added at the checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

  • Changes to the delivery address after an order has been placed can only be made at our discretion and may be subject to an additional charge. To change the delivery address, please email us on info@homeluxe.co.uk or call us on 0333 200 1444.
  • If we are unable to deliver products to you due to an error in the delivery address, we may charge you a reasonable fee for any additional delivery or storage costs incurred by us.
  • Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods (beginning the day after you receive the product/s). Our returns policy allows you to return your order within 100 working days, providing all goods are in resalable condition. You must inform us of your cancellation in writing either via or email or post, and return the product(s) to us in its original packaging and in an unused and resalable state. In this case you will receive a full refund for the price paid for the product/s as well as the initial packaging costs in accordance with our refunds policy set out below. Orders may only be cancelled in writing or by email and will only be accepted by our warehouse if clearly marked with the returns number which will be issued to you by our customer services team.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • When you return a product to us:
    Because you have cancelled the contract between us within the period stated in the paragraph above, we will refund the price of the product in full.
    For any other reason, including because you claim that it is defective, we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of delivery charges for sending the product to you. The cost incurred by you in returning the item to us (or our appointed representative) will only be reimbursed for orders placed and delivered within the European Union.
  • Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within no more than 30 days from the day you have given us notice of your cancellation or we confirm to you that you are entitled to a refund for a defective product.
    If we are to collect a product from you and you fail to make the product available to us for collection within 28 days of cancellation then you will be deemed to have re-ordered that product at the price you originally paid for it.
    Until any product is returned to us in accordance with these terms and conditions, you are responsible for the product if it is lost, damaged or destroyed. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of each product while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
  • We will only make a refund using the same method of payment originally used by you to pay for your purchase..

All rights, including copyright, in this Website are owned by or licensed to us. Any use of this Website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our express written consent.
